We strive to complete and deliver projects within the estimated time frame. However, unforeseen circumstances such as material availability or technical issues may cause delays. Raj Fabrication is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Warranty and Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. If any defects are found within 30 days of delivery, we will address and rectify the issue. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs and content provided by Raj Fabrication, including custom work, are the intellectual property of the company. Reproduction or use of these designs without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Raj Fabrication is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Changes to Terms

Raj Fabrication reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Any information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

10. Governing Law
